Dr. Timothy Cox
Tim Cox, a native of Alabama, has served
as Senior Pastor of Liberty Baptist Church since August of
1998. He attended New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and
graduated in 1995 with a Doctorate of Ministry. He also has a
Master of Divinity from New Orleans Baptist Theological
Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts from Mobile College. Dr. Cox
has served in ministry since 1987, all of which has been within

Rev. Mike May
Mike May, a native of Oklahoma, has
served as the Minister of Music and Education at Liberty
Baptist since August of 2001. He is a graduate of Southwestern
Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Religious
Education. He has served in ministry since 1984, which includes
the states of Oklahoma, Texas, and Alabama. mmay@lbcchelsea.com
Mrs. Laura Cain
Laura Cain, a native of Louisiana, is the
Director of Preschool and Children's Ministry and has served in
this position since April 1995. She graduated from Southwestern
Baptist Theological Seminary with a Masters of Religious
Education. She has served in ministry since1987, all within the
