BUILDING GOD'S KINGDOM
Bible Study Journal Level 1
(All Scripture references are taken from
the New King James Version)
Your Word have I hidden in my heart, that
I might not sin against You.; Proverbs 3:5-6: 5Trust in the
Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own
understanding. 6In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall
direct your paths.
2) Now the
names of the twelve apostles are these: first, Simon, who is
called Peter, and Andrew his brother; James the son of Zebedee,
and John his brother; 3) Philip and Bartholomew; Thomas and Matthew
the tax collector; James the son of Alphaeus, and Lebbaeus,
whose surname was Thaddaeus;
4) Simon the
Cananite, and Judas Iscariot, who also betrayed Him.
1) Children,
obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. 2) Honor your
father and mother, which is the first commandment with promise:
3) that
it may be well with you and you may live long on the earth.
4) Enter into
His gates with thanksgiving, and into His courts with praise.
Be thankful to Him, and bless His name. 5) For the LORD is
good; His mercy is everlasting, and His truth endures to all
generations.
For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a
Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And
His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
And you shall love the LORD your God with
all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and
with all your strength. 'This is the first commandment.'

16) For God
so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that
whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting
life. 17) For God did not send His Son into the world to
condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be
saved.
6) He is not
here; for He is risen, as He said. Come, see the place where
the Lord lay. 7) And go quickly and tell His disciples that He
is risen from the dead,…
1) The LORD
is my shepherd; I shall not want. 2) He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He
leads me beside the still waters. 3) He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths
of righteousness for His name's sake. 4) Yea, though I
walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no
evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they
comfort me.
5) You
prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You
anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over. 6) Surely goodness
and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I will
dwell in the house of the LORD forever.
