We are God-sent warriors commanded to spread His Word. We are directed by God to be:

• Christian leaders in our homes.

• Examples of Christian love and charity in our communities.

• Builders of a strong Christian fellowship among believers in His church.

As individuals we will fail. The challenges, temptation and our own shortcomings defeat us at every turn. But as Jesus teaches, and as the early Christian church proved, we are strong when we stand in brotherhood—and strongest when our fellowship of men stands with Christ.

More, our bond and direction, anchored in God’s grace and message of salvation, serves to show our sons the Holy strength that will flow to them when they faithfully serve God’s purposes. And, it is in our sons that the hope of our Christian fellowship is bound.

This then is our prayer:

God, bless all faithful men gathered in your name. Make ours a faithful fellowship of born-again Christians; with an eager desire to spread both your promise of judgment for unfaithfulness, but also your good news of eternal life in the message of Christ Jesus.

Place your protective hands over us all. We know that while dark nights of temptation and struggle are long, hope rises with your Son. And, it is in the hope and the grace that you offer we will find comfort and salvation.
